OptiPix Pro is a client‑side image optimization tool. Processing occurs locally in your browser; we do not upload your images to our servers. If optional cloud features are introduced later, we will request consent and update our policies.

3) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• You must have the rights to the content you process.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful content or activity.
• Respect technical limits (e.g., file size constraints) and fair use.

4) Your Content & IP

You retain all rights to your images. You grant us the limited technical permission necessary to operate the Service (e.g., temporary in‑memory handling in your browser). We do not claim ownership of your content.

5) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. In certain regions, a consent banner (CMP) manages your preferences and Google Consent Mode settings.

6) Advertising

The Service may display ads (e.g., Google AdSense) to support free access. Ads appear in limited positions to maintain a good user experience.

7) Intellectual Property

OptiPix Pro trademarks, logos, and the website’s design are our property or our licensors’ and protected by applicable laws. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiPix Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OptiPix Pro from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may link to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Venue lies in competent courts in South Africa.
